Ever wanted to learn parkour or improve your skills but can't find an adult class? Well.....we've got you covered!

This class is suited to those just starting out or impriving their parkour journey. Learn with experienced and qualified parkour coaches, exploring jumping, landing, vaults, rolls and tricks in a safe space. We have parkour kit, crash mats and soft floors to keep you as safe as we can. We also have a small play space for young kids, colouring books and a piano to keep kids ebtertained if they need to come with you. We are child friendly, parent welcoming and the class is suitable for all those 14+
