After School Hoop is aimed at those aged 9-15years and runs every Monday starting JUNE 17TH 2024

 

Classes have been specifically designed for our younger members (AGE 9+) who want the chance to improve their aerial journey. Being body aware and strong is super important for any physical activity, but for circus it can make the difference between achieving the move and not! Starting with a warm up this class will lead you through movements under the bar, on top and of course inside it, teaching you dynamic tricks and static poses in a safe environment.
